As the project (owner) representative Tier One Construction is responsible for representing the Owner’s interests throughout all project phases—from inception, planning and design to construction, completion and closeout. Working together with the owner, the project (owner) representative acts as their advocate, representing their interests with the sole purpose of executing their goals and objectives, providing accountability among team members and ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget.

Tier One Construction’s project (owner) representative service provides project management oversight throughout all phases of a project. Based on the Owner’s scope of work services may include:
